He was born in Antalya in 1979.  He completed his undergraduate education at Dokuz Eylul University Faculty of Law and has been working as a lawyer called to Izmir Bar Association since 2002.

He established the law office in 2004 and provided consultancy services to many companies in different sectors; he continues to carry out commercial litigation and business affairs of various institutions.

He is mainly interested in Commercial Law, Company Law, Intellectual Property Law and Real Estate Law.

Tolga Kavun assumes the bookkeeping and secretary of many associations and non-governmental organizations.
